Ledgent Technology is seeking a Graphic Designer to create graphics for social media, web, presentations, ad campaigns, ecommerce, and more!
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional experience and skills in After Effects, Media Encoder, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender are a plus.
Candidates should have a thorough understanding of layout, typography, color, and principles of design.
A portfolio showing experience with design and past work/projects is required.
This is an on-site opportunity located in the Hallandale Beach, Florida area.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Generate ideas and concepts for new campaigns
- Create high quality content with quick turnarounds.
- Design cutting edge graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Effectively tell stories to elevate brand narrative through designs
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
- Prepares finished copy and designs for the purpose of typesetting, printing, and similar projects
- Creates engaging and relevant digital designs in the correct format and sizing
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and designs
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Responsible for the coordination of design requests, assets and server organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film or Animation preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, industrial design, animation, video editing, or interior design
- Experience editing and/or creating Social Media Ads
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with any of the following software is a plus: Cinema 4D, Blender, and/or Video Copilot Elements
- Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, print, and creative design across multiple platforms
- Relevant experience understanding a target audience and how to create unique marketing designs to capture attention
- Understanding of marketing strategy and how to utilize design skills to communicate product sources and branding.
- Ability to critically evaluate, duplicate, and operate on information provided on design requests.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environments
