Summary

The Specialist – Marketing (Graphic Design) supports in the design and production of the Dish magazine, and other print and digital communication.

**Telework Policy allows for up to 5 days of work from home a week depending on business needs and manager discretion**

What You’ll Do

• Design and production of the Dish magazine
• Design seasonal marketing master adhering to Lidl’s brand guidelines
• Work with photographers, food stylist and other designers on Art directing photography for the magazine and other campaigns as needed
• Accurately prepare creative files and materials for printing and ensure the print quality of all collateral pieces at the highest standard
• Adhere to production schedules and production workflow processes
• Ensure team deadlines and specifications are met

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
• 2+ years of related working experience
• Background in print/editorial design a bonus but not required
• Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail with high quality/accuracy and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize
• Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction when needed
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
