The RN Clinic Supervisor is accountable for supervising the clinical staff and all clinical aspects of care in the outpatient clinics assigned. This includes ensuring the environment of care meets regulatory, clinical and customer service needs, as well as, managing the clinical staff to promote efficient, quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with the Mission and Philosophy of Mark Twain Medical Center and Dignity Health. This position is accountable for providing oversight, organizing and supervising the day-to-day clinic care operations, coordinating with clerical and administrative staff, and participating in the leadership structure of the outpatient program. To further our goal of providing high quality care, the RN Clinic Supervisor will hire, train, mentor, and supervise clinical staff, provide goal-directed staff development plans, conduct performance reviews and hold the staff accountable for competencies, policies, procedures and other quality improvement initiatives. This position is field-based and requires a results-oriented, motivated clinical leaders who embraces the Core Values and Mission of the organization, and demonstrates a high-degree of accountability for outcomes. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.
