Description:
Our Graphic Designer will help our marketing team support all Merchants’ companies, delivering our brand identity through multimedia design. You will work internally to gather requirements, pitch creative concepts, and execute within deadlines and budget. You will be responsible for designing layouts for print and digital projects, including logos, social media graphics, website graphics, PowerPoint and Word templates, brochures, branch signage, direct mail, advertisements, posters, and exhibitor booths You will also present creative concepts throughout the development process. - Convey appropriate, professional messages in digital and printed materials, ensuring accuracy.
- Apply established design and branding standards to meet internal and external graphics needs.
- Conceptualize and execute layout and design elements based on specified requirements.
- Ensure designs are visually engaging and support brand standards.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on project timelines.
- Ensure that all sales support materials are updated regularly and maintained for each business line/company.
- Stay current on industry design trends and take the lead on implementing new design tools.
Requirements:
What we are looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Solid understanding and experience with design, fonts, colors, illustrations, and other visual principles.
- Established portfolio of creative, design, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic video and photography experience preferred, but not required
