The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), require COVID-19 vaccinations for all Medicare and Medicaid certified providers. Based on this regulation, all of our employees must be fully vaccinated or have a valid exemption.
Work schedule: Every other weekend 8-10 hours day shift and 3 days during the week 8 hours. – full time 40 hour position.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Hospice the work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of our patients. Our nurses give our patients the greatest gift – the ability to spend enhanced quality time with their loved ones in their preferred environment.
As a RN you will have the opportunity to provide one on one patient care and work at the top of your license. You will utilize your clinical skills in providing end of life care as directed by an attending physician. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on providing compassionate quality care to our patients.

HOW YOU’LL WORK:
You’ll oversee the overall care of the patient from beginning to end of life. You will observe and monitor the patient to determine if the level of care being provided meets the patients’ needs. You will work autonomously and be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
