Mid-America Publishing and Printing, a leader in custom printing and community news in Iowa is now seeking full-time graphic designer/composition assistant to support production of community newspapers, newspaper special sections,newspaper advertising, and other design projects as well as create ads for the same.
The successful candidate will be trained or be able to layout newspapers weekly, create eye-catching designs for various forms of print media using Adobe Creative Suite and be able to handle multiple design projects simultaneously in coordination with the sales and editorial staff. An aptitude for design is required as is working cooperatively and positively in a team focused environment.
