Salary Range: $19.00 – $22.50 per hour depending on qualifications/credentials
Bonus: Signing bonus eligible, $1,000 to $2,000 depending on credentials and employment status

Responsibilities for the Lead Preschool Teacher include:
• Lead a classroom of 17 preschoolers ages three to five
• Co-Lead the teaching team of two other classroom staff
• Work closely as a teaching team to individualize the curriculum to meet the children’s needs
• Support children’s social and emotional needs
• Complete developmental assessments and screenings
• Work as a team to complete parent/teacher conference and home visits
• Encourage and support family involvement in the classroom
• Create a safe and healthy learning environment
• Supervise the safety of the children in care
• Supervise volunteers and student interns as applicable
• Communicate with coworkers and families in a warm and professional manner
