Job Summary
World’s leading design, print, copy, promotional products franchise is seeking a detail oriented Graphic/Production Designer with digital output experience. Must have great customer service skills and be able to multi-task various types of projects. Knowledge of paper, printer fiery and color correction is a plus! This is an ‘entry level position,’ a deadline driven environment with high quality output and great customer service with fast turnarounds. Responsibilities and Duties
This position will report to the Creative Principal and Production Manager and be a key member of the graphics team.
The right candidate will possess good attention to detail; solid technical skills; demonstrate a creative understanding of typography, composition and color; and be able to effectively learn new programs and processes. Most of all, be a team player.
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Produce quality print & digital materials including corporate communications, brand identity products, direct marketing, & large format graphics
- Complete necessary design modifications & content edits throughout job lifecycle
- Understand and apply appropriate software for each specific project
- Produce accurate, print-ready files (digital & offset)
- Digital operator – Output files to all digital print platforms
- Adhere to all file management protocols and maintain an organized workflow
- Maintain set quality standards and complete projects on time
- Acquire new knowledge/skills as job requires
- Work with new and current customers on projects
- Take in orders and provide customer service
Key Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of the printing process and pre-flighting tools
- Knowledge of variable data is a plus
- Knowledge of paper stocks, printer fiery and color correction is a plus
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of the direct mail industry and familiarity with postal design is a strong plus
- Ability to interpret and apply brand standards across media
- Working knowledge of design theory, techniques, typography
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on both Mac and PC platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

- Ability of troubleshooting and providing solutions
- Have compassion for the project and customer

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphics Design, Industrial Technology, Communications or equivalent.
Previous Job experience in the printing or graphic communications industry is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
