Summary:
Novus Home Mortgage is seeking an upbeat and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Senior Graphic Designer will assist the marketing department with a wide range of projects including digital initiatives and printed collateral that maintain the continuity and integrity of our brand. We move quickly and strategically, ensuring other teams have what they need to deliver best-in-class results. Strong attention to detail and a high aptitude for creativity are what they are looking for to help strengthen the Novus brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads design projects through creative process stages, including the coordination of outsourced project requests
- Work with key business stakeholders and loan officers to produce an impactful design that aligns with company strategy
- Tailor graphic concepts while adhering to company standards and brand compliance
- Increase productivity and quality of creative deliverables and enhance their brand
- Coordination of vendors and manage outsourced production
- Leads the conception and development for a wide range of digital and print projects, including flyers, brochures, ads, direct mail campaigns, posters, e-mail campaigns, social media postings, web banners, videos, animation, PPT/presentations, etc.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and 5+ years of graphic design experience in a creative environment
- Understanding of design principles in both print and digital formats
- Proficiency with Adobe Create Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects (at a minimum)
- Strong ability to multitask without sacrificing attention to detail
- Familiarity with web design trends, prototyping software, CMS platforms, and landing page software
- Deep understanding of general design principles and layout (including typography, color, etc.)
- Experience creating digital assets for web, social, and email platforms
- Strong conceptual ability
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Adept at taking complex problems and distilling them down into a meaningful customer experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated aptitude for customer service
- Mortgage experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
