Job Description

The Operations Leader is responsible for supporting Team Leaders in leading and coordinating the plant supply chain for the blown film extrusion department.  The Operations Leader is responsible for supporting Team Leaders in leading and coordinating the plant supply chain for the extrusion department. In this role, the Ops Leader will serve as a “manufacturing generalist” for all department operating team members focusing on daily management and coordination of safety, quality, costs, raw material management, customer service, people development, and performance management.

4 years of operational experience + Operational technical experience + Team facilitation and consensus building working thru engagement of various levels of the organization
Must have film extrusion experiecne. Blown is preferred
+ Excellent oral/written communication and people skills + Strong analytical and problem solving skills. + Desire to move upward and relocate within  + Exposure to World Class Manufacturing, Lean, or 6 sigma is a plus. + BS/BA – Technical/Engineering, operations, or Business or equivalent experience.
