Job Description Summary:
This position is located in Northeast Columbus Region.
Join the OhioHealth team as a home health nurse! Experience one on one patient care, a flexible schedule, and a great benefits package. Home health RNs work with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting. Join our amazing home health team where you have autonomy, a reasonable and fair weekend rotation, a flexible schedule, and limited on-call. Home health RN’s provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the patient’s provider.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree (Required)DL – Driver’s License – Department of Motor Vehicles, RN – Registered Nurse – Ohio Board of Nursing
