The Everett Clinic has Primary Care Medical Assistant opportunities in various locations throughout north Snohomish County!
Locations include: Stanwood, Smokey Point, Marysville and Lake Stevens.
Departments include: Internal Medicine, Family Practice and Pediatrics.

The Medical Assistant is responsibilities include:
- Delivering high quality patient care through face-to-face, telephone and electronic contact with for the purpose of examination, treatment, monitoring, and preparation for diagnostic tests or procedure.
- Notifying the RN and/or provider immediately in situations where the patient is unstable or requires urgent or emergent care.
- Assisting with care under the direct supervision of the RN and provider.
- The MA-C functions as an integral member of the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Active Interim or Medical Assistant Certified (MA-C) through the Washington State Department of Health.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (through the American Heart Association).
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance
- UnitedHealth Group requires all new hires and employees to report their COVID-19 vaccination status
The Medical Assistant functions as an integral member of the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care. The Medical Assistant works alongside the providers and nursing staff to ensure efficient patient flow within the department.
