Do you love a clean swatch palette and refined set of paragraph styles? Do you see dense paragraphs of text and start immediately redesigning them in your head? Are you fascinated with the “nuts and bolts” of InDesign and other Adobe programs, and how to best leverage them to create clear, compelling communications? If so, we’d like to have you join Otak’s marketing team as a Graphic Designer! This position can be based out of our Portland, OR or Redmond, WA office.
As an integrated member of the marketing team, you will coordinate and develop various graphics and layouts for marketing materials. The focus of this role will be directly supporting the design of persuasive client-facing proposals – longform report-style submissions in InDesign. This role will also work closely with our creative director and graphic designer to maintain brand consistency and best practice in visuals across Otak. There will be opportunities to collaborate and learn from Otak’s current creative team in branding, collateral templates, and infographic development as you work through a variety of internal marketing projects.
