Graphic Designer
Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing brand-consistent content for email, print and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be creative with a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills and the hunger for continuous learning. They will elevate existing visual tools and create new ones that support product, brand and company storytelling. The Graphic Designer will have at least 3+ years’ experience in the workplace, and have skills in design and layout for email, web, social media, and print.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce designs and layouts for print and digital deliveries
- Collaborate and brainstorm for creative solutions with the Head of Design and Project Leads to conceptualize and develop unique solutions for each deliverable
- Build concepts for approval that are accurate and consistent to the copy and material needs
- Prepare final layouts and materials in the appropriate applications according to specifications
- Edit images, including color corrections and image manipulation
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and work independently under tight – and often changing deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Graphic Design or a related field)
- 3+ years of professional design experience, either working in-house or with an agency
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator (familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of website and social media design and development
- Passionate about learning design and design technology
- Highly competent in color, composition and typography
- Positive attitude, sense of humor a plus, and a willingness to receive feedback
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of experience across different media
- Strong knowledge of social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and other online social networks
- Knowledge of video editing
- Experience with frontend development preferred: HTML/CSS

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
