Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration, sales, profitability, safety, staffing, and training of a department in the restaurant. Oversee the department to include guest relations, supervision of all staff and staffing levels, proper restaurant ambiance, housekeeping, set-up, food & beverage quality, safety, and pace.
