Join an organization in one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, private rehabilitation and convalescents. The position is a direct hire Construction Manager role in Las Vegas, NV. The Construction Manager will be responsible for day to day activities and ensure project standards, budgets and deadlines.

salary: $75,000 – 95,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct all aspects of construction
- Responsible for schedules and insure quality of all work
- Responsible for safety issues
- Insure that work is compliant with city or county requirement and building codes
- Responsible for inspections and corresponding paperwork
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure project is within budget
