Description
Do you have Dispatching experience and a sense of urgency with issue resolution? We are looking for a Dispatcher to support the transportation team with various administartive duties. This role requires outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving. It also requires great verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external personnel.
Responsibilities
- Administrative capacity with in the transportation department.
- Organizes the delivery documentation that is returned by the driver after each delivery.
- Sort, File and Scan applicable documentation.
- Supports transportation team with various administrative duties.
- Distribute drivers pouches, and work with team to ensure all routes are ready for drivers throughtout the day.
- MUST be able to understand Geography and Logistics
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- standing for 2 hours at one time
- working weekends
Skills
- Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is required)
Education
- High School

Working hours: 8 PM – 4 AM
