Responsibilities
100% Remote – Must be able to work on EST timezone
The Recruiters will be the primary link between the employer/organization and a potential job candidate in the healthcare industry. With experience, he or she will be responsible for duties such as conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and ensuring the medical organization is paired with a candidate who will meet and fulfill the needs of the employer or organization.
Recruiting for Large Hospital System: Health Unit Secretaries, Admins, Technicians
-Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
-Manage interview on telephones or personal meeting to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
-Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
Bachelors degree or 4+ years relevant experience
HIGH VOLUME Healthcare Recruiting experience required
