RE/MAX Signature is seeking a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer that will be responsible for brand and real estate marketing efforts. Marketing efforts include business card design, social media projects, listing flyers, brochures, presentations, signage, logo’s and more. The ideal candidate will have real estate experience, excellent communication skills, outstanding ability to build relationships and establish a great rapport with people, technology savvy, and has the skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilties:
- Create custom and templated property brochures, postcards, and other print materials
- Create custom and templated property websites
- Create logo designs and other print and digital materials aimed at brand development
- Will be required to work on a variety of projects and deadlines at one time with diverse styles of design to accomodate agents desired design and marketing request
- Work with a team, as well as take initiative to complete task as individual contributor
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Provide strong communication skills and customer service both verbally and through email
- Brainstorm and provide creative input during meetings for individual projects and/or overall marketing strategies
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years experience designing for print
- In-house design and marketing experience within the real estate industry is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) & preparing files for professional printto EDDM (every door direct mail) route
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience with Microsoft excel & working with mailing lists
- Experience mailing to EDDM (every door direct mail) routes
- Social media and website design experience
- Digital marketing and pay per click advertising experience
- Ability to complete multiple projects within short timeline
Education Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
