As a member of the Store Operations team, this role will assist Field Leadership and Store Operations to bring the Sally Beauty mission and vison to life. Provides administrative support to Field Vice Presidents and Store Operations, including conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and performing clerical functions, such as managing calendars, expense reports, travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.Participates in a variety of Operations activities and projects. Aids in the creation of materials and tools that support the brand vision. Understands roles across departments and builds relationships with key partners to help resolve questions and issues that arise from the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite• Basic project management skills• Strong time management skills• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail• Flexible schedule – some evenings and weekends may be required
