Semper Home Loans is actively seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Department! The position would assist with design, marketing projects and working collaboratively within the department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly creative, fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with the completion of multiple different marketing projects.
- Update templated flyer requests and other design requests
- Cultivate existing marketing design and brand and enhance it.
- Assist sales personnel with their business social media account set-up and overall design material for the accounts.
- Organization and maintenance of promotional items and marketing material including, but not limited to, shirts, hats, folders, flyers, etc.
- Create presentations, brochures, advertisements, video designs, mail campaign designs, packing, etc.
- Responsible for managing workload and timelines.
- Must be able to present ideas in an organized, professional, and effective manner.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years Graphic Design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Some experience in HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Positive attitude and energy to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects at work and manage time and expectation.
- Photography and videography experience is a plus!
