Responsibilities:
1. Schedules meetings, registrations and conference attendance for department personnel
2. General proofreading
3. Manages and maintains company memberships
4. Uploads files into data management tool
5. Assists in production of company newsletter
6. Social media searches for relevant information
7. Assists team in preparation of Power Point presentations
8. File maintenance
9. develop templates for numerous types of documents
10. Assists in compliance matrix of documents
11. Researches relevant topics as directed by management
Qualifications:
1. Must be U.S. citizen
2. Minimum of Associate’s Degree is highly preferred
3. Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
7. Excellent time management skills
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
