ABOUT THE JOB

• Translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
• Design visual concepts using graphic design tool including design software including Adobe’s Creative Suite
• Select colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts while staying within Signature’s brand standards
• Collaborate with the Experience Team and other internal clients to create visuals and materials
• Study visual brand standards and be an expert on Signature’s branding guidelines
• Produce drafts for review by stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback received, while meeting all project deadlines.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that the final product meets specifications
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Provide support for learning and training initiatives from a graphics and content perspective.
• Embody Signature’s values and represent the Experience Team in a positive manner

Knowledge & Experience:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and graphic design software
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty, integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value
• BS in Marketing or related areas is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle industry and trends is preferred
• Prior marketing experience
