SouthWood Corporation, a 51-year-old company with the attitude and energy of a start-up, is seeking talented candidates
to fill the position of Technical Designer. SouthWood is an industry-leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of
architectural signage throughout the country. SouthWood is on an upward trajectory and looking for dedicated team
members to help lead the way.

We are seeking energetic, creative problem solvers to develop production ready designs for fabrication. Working with
cross-functional team members the ideal candidate can design for practicality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

· Develop design packages as directed by the Designer or Design Manager

· Demonstrate teamwork and problem-solving with Project Managers and Design team

· Take initiative on projects outside of client expectations

Learn the latest industry standards and methods of fabrication
Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Knowledge of 3D CAD not required, but a plus
Basic knowledge of design, scale, and fabrication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
