Graphic Designer/Customer Service Representative

SpeedPro Omaha is a sign manufacturing and 3M Certified installation company that caters to large and small businesses including major brands and marketing agencies. SpeedPro specializes in production of environmental signage, retail/brand graphics, tradeshow displays, event signage, wall murals, vehicle graphics and more.

SpeedPro is looking for a dependable Graphic Designer/Customer Service Representative that is a motivated self-starter with a great attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

The Graphic Designer/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for helping customers on print orders from start to finish, collaborating with the Production team by providing necessary details to meet customer needs.

Job duties include:

· Answer phone and respond to emails from internal and external customers

· Assist with customer inquiries and creation of estimates/orders in the system

· Apply knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite applications to produce graphics and proofs for print

· Purchase production materials as needed

· Perform quality checks on completed products to ensure brand standards are met

· Notify customers and bill out as orders are completed

· Maintain organization of customer order shelves

· Shipping for select customer orders

· Receiving purchased product from various vendors

· Miscellaneous filing

· Perform other related duties based on business needs

Qualifications:

· Superb communication skills (written and verbal)

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (minimum two years of experience)

· Microsoft Office knowledge

· Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task, work independently, to follow directions and to work as part of a team

Ideal candidates will also possess (but are not required):

· Experience with Esko ArtiosCAD software

· Background in the print industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour

• Associate (Preferred)
