This person – the right person – will work closely with the Design Manager, other designers, copywriters, content team, and the Creative Director to concept and design whatever we need to take S&S Activewear to the next level. Reports to: Creative Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Concept and execute visual aspects of marketing materials across multiple mediums including, but not limited to, social media, email, web, print, experiential, and packaging

• Collaborate with others in the creative department to develop and execute new and engaging designs and continue the evolution of the S&S brand
• Continue to drive the brand forward using the brand standards to explore new and exciting designs, while serving as a brand steward
• Stay on top of design trends and techniques to continue to bring engaging ideas and concepts to the table
• Stay on top of ongoing design and marketplace trends, both conceptually and technically

Skills and Qualifications

What makes you a great fit?

In addition to an excellent sense of humor and go-getter attitude, you’ll be a great fit if you have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, similar, or equivalent experience and you have:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or similar
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) (required)
• Working knowledge of web design platforms (Figma, Sketch) (bonus)
• Motion graphic experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and still deliver high-quality work within the given timelines
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms like web, print, social media, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism from other creatives to better enhance work and deliver constructive criticism in appropriate settings to peers to enhance their work
• Self-starter personality with enthusiastic, “heck yeah” attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Must be proactive, can work independently, and take the initiative to stay abreast of trends, tools, and best practices
• Conscientious work ethic
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• B2B experience is a plus

A hybrid work from home schedule is available starting at 1 day per week. Additional work from home days are open for negotiation.
