Tandigm Health’s PHSO* Team is looking for a talented Associate Director – based in the Philadelphia 5-county area** – to help our network of primary care practices, and their patients, fully realize the benefits of value-based care! ** Philly 5-County Area includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
REQUIREMENTS
Because relationship-building is central to this role, PHSO Associate Directors must live within a commutable distance of our headquarters in West Conshohocken, PA, and be able to regularly visit assigned practices across the five counties throughout the workweek.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7-10 years progressive experience in a healthcare-related organization, required
Primary Care Practice operations experience, or practical, in-depth knowledge of practice operations, required
Strong clinical and/or financial acumen, preferred
Previous experience in management consulting is a plus
Lean Six Sigma belt(s) or experience applying Lean principles is a plus
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, preferred. Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA) is a plus
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Valid U.S. State Driver’s License as well as proof of liability and property damage insurance on any vehicle used for business purposes are required
Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) credential, or equivalent, a plus
Other healthcare-related professional certifications a plus
Business-related professional certifications a plus
