Visual Designer
This position will provide quick and efficient responses to potential clients; establishing the first means of contact to determine qualified candidates.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the IT and Marketing teams to fulfill business and marketing goals through design
- Conceptualize and develop visual assets for a variety of consumer experiences
- Editing videos and pictures
- Aid in brainstorming and designing assets for internal projects to help shape company culture
- Understand our business processes and procedures
- Working with stakeholders to determine design preferences and expectation
- Become an informed and vocal advocate for quality design
- Understand our business and processes and procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must provide sample design portfolio and or website
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite
- Understand the fundamentals of HTML and CSS
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles and fundamentals for digital and print mediums (Type, composition, and color usage)
- A keen eye for color and detail
- Experience with Illustration, photo and video editing
Preferred:
- Premiere pro experience
- After affects experience
- Figma experience
Education And/Or Experience:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment:
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard office supplies. While working in the office, the setting is a standard office environment with low to moderate noise levels and temperature controlled.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Employee is required to sit at desk for majority of the workday with occasional standing and walking within office environment. The employee is required to use hands and fingers for writing and typing, handle or feel office tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision (may be corrected), peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus on task at hand.
