We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create designs for our custom T.C&B., AuthenticBrand, and Sideline clients to help them globally represent their brand and universities better. Our goal is for our designers to be excited, itching to take on responsibility, and grow professionally to reach their own glass ceiling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are as valuable to us as your existing and future design skills.

This is a full-time, Perry, Iowa position. If you are looking for a remote or freelance position, unfortunately we are not it. We love to personally see and build relationships with our employees. George, our company Goldendoodle, loves to be with his people and share in his daily shenanigans.

The Opportunity:
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, catalogs, e-mail marketing, business development materials, advertisements
- Design original garments, headwear, bags, and accessories for multiple collegiate licenses. We currently hold 18 collegiate licenses across the Midwest.
- Create logos for nationally recognized businesses of all industries and sizes
- Studio photography and image manipulation
We are looking for from you:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite required: working knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Vector, Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or Apparel Design, 2 years of industry experience, preferred
- A passionate designer with an interest in fashion: Hiring someone with no interest in fashion would be like hiring a farmer to design a company logo. It’s possible, but we’re both going to be frustrated. You don’t need to have studied fashion, but knowing the basics about logos, embroidery, placement etc. will be most helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
