We are seeking a talented, creative, enthusiastic graphic designer to join our Marketing team. The Graphic Designer is a highly creative, motivated self-starter, who is a maker at heart, dedicated to translating a story with great design. The Graphic Artist will be responsible for developing in-house and external assets for our website, campaigns, social media, advertising, promotions, events, and presentations. This will include developing informative flyers, invitations, annual reports, powerpoints and more. This role will serve as a vital collaborator in standardizing and beautifying our TechBridge’s communications process.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging and beautiful promotional materials
Pitching creative concepts and ideas in line with project aims
Collaborate with Operations and TechBridge cross-functional teams to launch graphic design projects
Coordinate and communicate across departments to execute company-wide projects
Prepare and create materials like logos, data visualization, annual reports, flyers, brochures, sponsor decks and more
Lead meetings with collaborators to create illustrations, pictures and designs that reflect the desired theme and tone of design projects
Complete projects within allotted time frame and consistently meet critical deadlines
Design graphics for marketing collateral, sprint publication, social media, campaigns, product launches, print pieces, pitch decks, emails, and ads
Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs
Serve as a consultant and designer for TechBridge to build and enhance the promotion of events including logos, branding, collateral, pitch decks, campaigns, and/or ads
Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all departments

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field
3-5 years of experience in design and print services
Expert in Adobe suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Powerpoint and/or other graphics editing software)
Successful experiences working with, and presenting to, clients.
A solid creative portfolio that demonstrates experience conceptualizing and executing impactful, engaging creative for print, web and social platforms
Experience in storytelling to bring to life solutions that we provide and create an emotional connection with others
Ability to articulate your ideas clearly and simply
Obsessed with current trends and the latest advances in the technological space
Experience with marketing automation platforms (email, social and web)
Understand how to create graphics for targeted audiences and evaluate the performance of your output
Acute attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language and collaborate with staff whose expertise lies in other areas
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Strong attention to detail and retouching skills
Strong communication and project management skills with a strength in managing multiple deadlines
A collaborative attitude and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in this fast-paced environment
Hard work ethic, desire to learn and grow
Ambitious, outgoing, self-driven and a joy to work with in a team environment
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients
Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Experience with visualizing data and creating compelling narratives about numbers
