We’re looking for a passionate, thoughtful, and dedicated creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic atmosphere. You will be responsible for executing post-production services (eg. and completion of all artwork files, illustration, graphics) while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Job Description
- Ensures all files are correct, properly pixel-hinted, & saved out correctly before handing off to stakeholders.
- Manages and organizes all servers, files and templates for the team.
- Will not have to design any of the illustration work – keeping with integrity
- Partnering with a producer – support from creative director
Requirements
- Highly Proficient in…
- Photoshop + Actions/Scripts
- Illustrator + Actions/Scripts
- Figma + Symbols/Plugins
- Maintaining / Developing workflows
- Familiar with iOS, Android and WWW design
- Especially working in different densities
- Works non-destructively
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized with thorough QA and an eye for quality
- Closely follows directions and works within established department guidelines
- Proactive and mitigates risk in future projects by thinking ahead
- Remains flexible and level headed especially under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Autonomous while keeping main stakeholders updated and informed.
- Works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Seeking opportunities to scale work by automation / templates
- Adapts to a rapidly changing/evolving environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain a large library of design files (Dropbox & other internal repositories)
- Create, revise, and maintain files (PSD, Ai, Figma)
- Develop a deep understanding of the visual systems created, and how best to use them in practice
- Responsive, communicative, and creatively engaged in production processes.
- Help teams visualize and advise on best practices
- Regularly communicate updates to internal groups
- Create, organize, and assign tasks
- Handing off final creative to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues with design files (layer structure/organization)
- Provide help/guidance in relevant internal feedback groups
- Conduct audits (iOS/Android, screenshots)
- Create Keynotes for workshops and presentations
- Assist with other tasks assigned by FB managers and producers
