TEKsystems Looking for Construction Manager at Atlanta, GA Full Time

TEKsystems is seeking experienced Construction Managers candidates. As a CM, you will be responsible for managing internal as well as external (sub-contractors) tower crew(s). In addition to representing our company in a professional manner, you will be the face of our company when interacting with suppliers, customers and various vendors during installations and troubleshooting projects.

Duties include:

1. Recruit, Hire, Train and Mentor Crew(s)
   1. End-to-end management of the construction elements of projects around the US
   2. Improvement of processes, tools and execution of Operations. Including reduction of cycle times in the field
   3. Maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types
   4. Assists in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations including: grounding conduits, electrical installations, site de-installation of antennas, coax, and BTS cabinets
   5. Climbing ladders of various heights
   6. Construction, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment
   7. Training on the operation of test equipment and data reporting
   8. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment
   9. Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance
   10. Working with a crew and responding to service calls in a timely manner
