TELUS International is looking for a Production Artist to join our AI team!
Role Summary
We are looking for a truly dynamic team player to join our Imaging Team in Austin, Texas. You will participate in our client’s steady international growth by producing outstanding images for our client’s Training and Support Site as a Production Artist.
To succeed in this role, you will need to draw on your technical knowledge, iOS product knowledge, organizational skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, common sense, and sense of humor. You will join a team that is fully committed to excellence and satisfying the demands of our client’s global customer base.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce high-resolution Photoshop master images.
- Produce screenshots of non-English images.
- Produce high-resolution gifs.
- Maintain image archive for future leveraging of assets.
- Manage multiple jobs in a deadline-driven environment.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with iOS products and software.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of common customer support issues.
- Ability to find solutions in ambiguous circumstances.
- Self-starting personality willing to find the right answer without relying on others.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Open to feedback.
