We are searching for a Graphic Designer – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead the design of high-quality creative assets in support of our Corporate Communications and Employer Branding teams, including printed materials, web assets, social media content, video media support, email layout and design, PPT presentations and other items. Consult with team members and offer creative solutions to bring Texas Children’s communications to life visually for both current employees and candidates.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce various branded items in support of our Corporate Communication and Employer Branding teams. Bring sophisticated and fresh design to the Texas Children’s communication creative team Develop and design visually engaging content to improve quality, brand, retention, and employee engagement. Work independently and with broader team to design unique and creative materials that enhance internal communications and recruitment advertising. Design and code email templates used for internal campaigns and digital marketing. Ensure voice and visual consistency across all managed properties.
- Support various departments and teams in creating effective communications for their audiences. Consult with internal clients and offer creative solutions that fit within our brand standards. Continuously improve creative materials based on key performance indicators. Strengthen our employer brand presence across all of Texas Children’s places of work. Align with leadership to achieve overall strategic objectives.
- Execute strategic creative projects to bring stories to life. Manage creative processes for various stakeholders, from design to production. Be customer-oriented, delivering outstanding service and consultation for our various internal stakeholders. Support video production and collaborate with a team of creative talent.
Qualifications
- Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience in graphic design and/or production
- Ability to design email templates, nice to have
- HTML & CSS experience highly preferred
