ThoughtFocus, Inc. Looking for Sales Associate at Irvine, CA Full Time

This role is hunting into new accounts for ThoughtFocus. We are looking for a Sales associate who can open doors for new opportunities in the marketplace (west coast).

Role:

– 3-4 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services.

– Must have demonstrated ability to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives

– Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships

– Must have a working knowledge of the global delivery model.

– Identifying prospective clients & create the go-to-market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.

-Execute hunting strategy with a focus on revenue growth through acquisition of new clients

-Leverage Practice capability to support deal identification and closure 

-Qualify and prioritize the opportunities in the funnel 

– Identify key stakeholders/ decision makers in targeted client organization and develop and strengthen relationships with them to become a trusted IT advisor for them 

-Deepen and manage relationships and engagement across the multiple stakeholders such as Business / CXO/ Management/ Operations 

– Generating business from new accounts

– Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory and make their way in for new areas of growth with our customers

– Ability to lead clients in defining their digital transformation journey, identifying opportunities for business, lead conversations

– Be able to work well with internal stakeholders.
