About the role:
As the Sales Quality Project Manager at TQL, you will be responsible for leading the major Sales Quality Operation initiatives, including running multiple projects and programs and understanding the long-term benefits of the entire department.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing backlog items for product roadmap and planning
- Supports all SQO levels and departments by serving as a liaison to project stakeholders
- Initiates, leads and supports comprehensive change management initiatives
- Define and model processes necessary to meet department needs in alignment with process standards, requirements and performance measures
- Recommend new processes to improve department practices and communicate these changes across the organization
- Analyze business workflows and translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities that will lead to improving efficiency and maximizing department needs
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-3 years of experience managing full cycle projects in an Agile or Waterfall environment
- 0-3 years of experience analyzing business needs, defining and implementing business process improvement changes
- Familiar with project management software tools and basic knowledge of SQL
- Proficient using Microsoft Office products
- Experience with problem solving and risk or escalation management
- Ability to deal with time constraints and effectively manage deadlines
