Daily job responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting process to include attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers
• Proven ability to recruit Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and various other positions
• Developing and building relationships with networks to recruit top talent
• Act as the company SME an any matters regarding recruiting and talent acquisition – working closely with hiring managers to address complex staffing issues through market and industry knowledge
• Build and maintain business partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience using an ATS platform
