Visa’s Global Sales Enablement and Analytics (GSEA) team is responsible for shaping the vision and executing the strategy for building transformational sales capabilities, including tools, materials and insights that will help accelerate the commercialization of Visa’s products and solutions for merchants and acquirers.

The GSEA team is looking for a Graphic/Presentation Designer to create agency-level, high-impact visuals and documents to help our sales team drive the commercialization of Visa products and solutions to our Merchant and Acquirer clients. This individual will need to continuously push the envelope and expand our graphic design capabilities with limited to no budget. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. If you’re passionate about design and eager to learn more about the payments industry, we’d like to meet you.

Role responsibilities include:

• Work directly with the Global Merchant Business Development Sales team to deliver custom designed co-brand RFP response documents and pitch decks that will demonstrate why Visa is the best payment network partner
• Design high-impact, visually engaging client presentations and materials demonstrating Visa’s thought leadership (familiarity with developing Word and PowerPoint templates/styles is a must)
• Develop customer journey storylines and translate into presentation slides and/or videos
• Create and maintain repository of materials and templates
• Translate complex data content into visually engaging and comprehendible graphics
• Advise on new tools and capabilities that make pitch materials more interactive and engaging
• Provide copy editing and strategic input on overall flow and storyline
• Actively source existing internal creative content and assets across Visa (e.g. images, videos, software subscriptions)
• Administer edits and updates to the GSEA Compass page and IDDEA pages
• Manage the design of the GSEA quarterly newsletter
• Help identify and document best practices, case studies and merchant vertical-relevant content
• Is a team player, working collaboratively and proactively with all functional teams throughout the organization
• Works independently and under tight deadlines
• Must be able to multitask while still delivering high-quality work
• This is a Global team that will require flexibility to work during regional business hours to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Visa has recently implemented a hybrid working model wherein employees will work out of an office a few days per week and from home on other days. As such, prospective candidates should ideally be located near our Foster City office location.

Basic Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience in professional design with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) in Design or a related field
• Must be proficient in Adobe CC Master Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word experience
• Apple iWork, including: Keynote, Pages, Numbers
• Animation and video production experience
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent grammar and spelling
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience in the payments industry a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
