Reporting to the Regional QI Manager, the Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that WelbeHealth maintains a single, complete, accurate and comprehensive medical record for each participant in accordance with accepted professional standards. The Medical Records Coordinator will also be the subject matter expert (SME) on the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system supporting effective and compliant use of the EMR by staff. The Medical Records Coordinator also supports the Center Director with the planning and follow up of the IDT meetings.
