Program Manager Coordinator/ Business Manager needed for a hybrid position in Silver Springs Maryland.

• 3-5 yrs exp working on a PMO (Program Management Office) Familiar with Program Coordination/Project Mgmt. Excellent communication & proven organizational skills
• ONSITE 1-2 days a week

What You’ll Be Doing:

• As a Technology Business Management Programs Team Support Coordinator you will be responsible for the following to support  the TBM Senior Leadership team:
• Administrative liaison with external consulting groups engaged on large programs and other internal groups, e.g. GT&O and other divisional PMOs, Global Business Operations and the central Integration Management Office Extensive diary management, principally meeting coordination Meeting logistics, preparation of agenda, meeting and workshop summary notes
• Oversee Action Logs and tracks active items with individual owners Prepare documents and presentations for key meetings and activities when required Verification of colleague’s documents and reports before distribution Assist program planning activities such as maintaining activity plans and timelines Oversee file management organization.
• Monitor and track the collation and distribution of requested documents and reporting Maintain stakeholder maps. Support communication activities Support project/program budgeting activities, including purchase order raising, customs documentation and invoice tracking

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience working as a coordinator or administrator in a major program environment excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.
•  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively on a variety of projects in a fast-paced matrix environment Google savvy (Gmail, Google Workspace) and competent across all Microsoft Office packages.
•  Working knowledge of project management software is required; Smartsheet is preferable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively across different teams, global locations and with external partners Culturally sensitive, comfortable working across different regions and time differences Solution orientated, seeks out opportunities for efficiencies and feedback Discrete, professional and personable at all levels Flexible and adaptable, change-ready and growth mindset.
